Rudino`s Pizza & Grinders in Durham

This pizza is absolutely amazing. We order for pickup almost every Friday and it is always hot and absolutely delicious. They put the toppings under the cheese which tripped us out the first time we ordered a perperoni pizza and it looked like cheese. It’s also a great place to go catch a game during football season, they have a good bar and appetizers. Great place.

Best place in the greater 910 area. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere are outstanding. Just wish it was a bit bigger. But either way, I can't wait to go back.

I've dined at this location several times over the years. Until today I would given at least 4 stars. Today I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a side salad with ranch dressing. The salad was mostly stems and the ranch dressing was as runny as milk. The pizza was a joke, I've eaten higher quality frozen pizza. I bragged about the food and feel like a real jerk that lunch was ruined. What a waste of $8.33.

Service and food was good but very slow had an hour for lunch and needless to say the drive was only 5 minutes for my job. I order on time and quickly and I literally had to box my food and leave. Don't go their for lunch you really need to be off work before you go there. They need to work on ticket times because there were barely any people in the facility. It could have been way busier than it was and service was still slow.

Mama and I love this place. Great local joint for hearty food, good beer and service. We go on Thursday for a few apps and a few more pints (which are just $3.50 Thursdays) as well as for the live entertainment with Ethan. Very chill neighborhood hangout. Look at the portions! Double nachos...

My husband and I adore rudinos. It's one of our favorite places in the area. Their pizza is exceptional. We also love their buffalo dip appetizer and fries. Everything is just super fresh and well made. A must visit if you love pizza.

Inside has a great atmosphere, food is as expected, outdoor patio is not at all like the inside, no atmosphere and feels dirty and cold needs major attention, staff was great friendly service and wonderful attitude. Would recommend for watching the game if you can get a seat inside.

So dont be fooled by the look of this small bar the wings here are some of the best in NC in fact all the food we ordered was ...great place to grab some bar type food ..someone is cooking with love in the kitchen and it shows

The wings are great when you order for dine-in. Take out is a different story. It's almost as if there's two separate batches. The grinders are delicious but I wouldn't come here for burgers... They seemed like frozen patties heated up, kinda disappointed.

I wish we could have tried the food. When my fiance and I walked in the building no one greeted us or asked if it would be carryout or eat in. My fiance told the young ladies they had poor customer service skills and they continued to have their conversation ignoring us. We will not return and I will make sure everyone knows that depending on who is at the front determines it you will be seated or granted service period.

You have to come here and try their wings they are stupid delicious

Tonight I took my daughters to Rudinos in hopemills. Not only did it take a long time to get out appetizer but then it took another hour to get our food ...that was COLD. Lasagna cold! Gross. I asked the girl working the door (not our waitress as we didnt see much of her) to go and get the manager for me, she never asked why or what for or acted concerned. After waiting another 20min, the manager on duty named Norman ( I had to ask as I was leaving what his name was) NEVER CAME TO OUR TABLE AND NEVER SPOKE WITH ME. I dont know if the girl disnt tell him, but he deff never came. The food would had been great had it been HOT. The waitresses didnt seem to wanna be there. Do better all around!!!We will never come back.

The Service was good, the fries were good - got them loaded. My wife had a great spinach salad and a calzone. BUT, I got a Bacon Cheeseburger; a FROZEN burger, really??? yep, I asked and they said it was soaked in Au Jus. Who knew? If you soak a frozen burger in Au Jus, it tastes like a shoe. Where's the Beef?

Love this place, have never had a bad meal or experience here

The food was decent. The service was okay. We were seated on the outdoor patio that was overrun with flies. It's hard to enjoy your food when you're having to guard it. Not a very impressive or memorable experience.

Awesome food, awesome staff. I recommend anyone to go visit.

This place is delicious! Never had poor service. Actually found this place after numerous terrible experiences at a company that sells wings on Camden and was really impressed. Good food, good service, and good specials... check out the wings on Sunday!

OOOOOOMMMMMGGGGG!!!! The sweet thai wings are just out of this world. Chicken philly is delicious. Husband got the cheese bread and a beef and steak pizza. Said it was real good but meat could use just a tad of seasoning. Will definitely be back to try more menu items. Sorry no pics this time. We demolished the food.

Service was slow . The waitress left a lot to be desired. Ordered the loaded fries, cause they are always great there. And two burger meals,also delicious. But the meal came less than three minutes after the appetizer, which makes it impossible to enjoy both. The manager explained that the cook dropped fresh fries for us, which was nice,but the waitress should have come to us and explained that, so that I could have told to hold off on the meal for a few minutes so that we could enjoy the appetizer first.

Great place to watch a game and get some pizza or wings.

I was craving a good slice of pizza and a side salad for lunch, and thought I'd try Rudino's since I had never had their food and heard great things about it. Sadly I am disappointed. Bits of salad were brown and it contained a lot of stems. The toppings made up most of the salad, and I had to discard quite a bit of it. The pizza. I wasn't impressed. It was barely warm, and the crust was extremely crunchy. I'm sad to say the price of the food wasn't worth what I received.

Just try to order something from here. First their menu was not online so they said i was looking at the wrong one. Then I order veggie with a kick roll about a week ago and tonight they told me they never had them (SMH). So everything I tried to order was not their according to the person who answered the phone. I understand different menus but the stuff already ordered and ate their before and to say they never had it bad business

We drive 30 miles to eat here and enjoy it every time. You must try it

Great place for an affordable family meal. 3rd visit so far and the quality and service levels have remained consistently well above average. The staff really made the experience enjoyable and inclusive.

We got there at 630. Seated around 10 minutes later. No biggie. Party of 11. 4 kids and rest adults. We ordered our food. 3 sandwiches, a salad, 2 burgers and a calzone... It took an hour and 10 minutes (740) for all of us to get our food. By the time good hit to us, we were all just done with the restaurant. Super slow service. Nice but slow.

I avoided Rudinos since I moved to Hope Mills (a couple of years ago) because a friend told me it wasn't good. Recently another friend told me she loved it so I tried it that day. Online ordering was easy, food was ready when it was supposed to be, service was friendly and quick and the food was hot and tasty. The first time we tried the Cheese Bread Sticks, the Wings and the the Sweet Chili Chicken Flatread. I highly recommend all three. Tonight we tried the Sicilian Grinder (amazing!) with Fries, the Italian Pizza Roll and another order of the Cheese Bread Sticks. Again, I recommend all three. I can't speak to the eat-in service or environment but online ordering/carry-out is definitely recommended. We will return to Rudinos for carry-out often.

What a nice surprise. Found this place on a long trip home and we loved it. Great grinders with really good prices. From a New Englander: Well done!

Good food and service but an extremely noticable lack of bourbon options.

Ordered a single slice of BBQ chicken pizza and was blown away! As you can see, i dont leave many reviews but, this is worth it. Havent been here in years but thought of stopping by before a movie. You shouldn't be disappointed.

Quick, friendly service. They had a cherry limeade pomegranate thing which was really good. The fried pickles were ridiculously good. The draft was good, though could have been colder. Overall, loved it and can't wait to go back.

AMAZING FOOD! No Freezer food here. Grinders, spinach dip, loaded fries. All the best we’ve had.. If you’re not a fan of cheesy food then go to $ubway. NEW FAV PLACE

First time here; came in for lunch. Had the the chicken bacon ranch grinder. Selling point for me it was on fresh bread. It was nice and soft. No lunch special but the food was so well priced they didn't need one. I was very pleased with the meal and Christina was 100 percent cheerful.

Amazing Calzone!Ordered a calzone for the first time and it was fantastic. The crust was baked perfectly and the ingredients were great! The marinara sauce is a nice balance between sweet and savory too!I am a frequent traveler and this is easily one fo the best calzones I have had anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Love the place! After a movie I've come in for take out and have stopped to have dinner. The place is jovial and friendly, servers pleasant and quick, food really to my liking. I highly recommend the eatery and bar to anyone.

The food and service is great! Wait times can be a bit long cause of how small the place is. One thing is to NEVER sit outside in their sitting area during the summer because flies will not stop bombarding you while you eat. It is really annoying. Still a great place!

Good food and good customer service. The cheese sticks are delicious and the location is convenient to the movie theater and mini golf center nearby. This is a great restaurant for chicken wings and also has great subs as well. The place does get packed at times which sometimes slows service. Recommended.

Loved the spinach with cranberrys and the Asian zing wings so so good! Must try! Also they have really good pizza.

Service was horrible. There was about 12 of us celebrating a friends move to Austin with drinks and appetizers. Our waitress never cleared one glass or plate as new drinks and appetizers were piled into the mess. At one point, after waiting 30 minutes for her to return (she was folding silverware into napkins with earbuds on), I went to the bar and ordered two more beers and asked the bartender if we could have our table cleared. Our waitress showed up a few minutes later with the two hostesses and instead of an apology all three gave me a hard time because I “reported” her. I don’t really blame the waitress or the hostess but I do blame management for not bothering to properly train/instruct their staff.
